Installation: by special welding to the lower part of the cantilever gate frame.

Purpose: provides movement of cantilever gates weighing up to 1400 kg in a given direction.

Installation: the base of the carrier carriage is fixed by welding to the embedded element or installed on the adjusting support with the help of fastening elements. The roller system of the Carrier Carriage is installed inside the GRAND Guide.

Material: carbon steel with galvanic coating.

limiter GRAND

Purpose: for straightening the cantilever gate leaf weighing up to 1400 kg, eliminating distortions and vibrations during operation.

Purpose: lower catcher for cantilever, sliding and hanging gates weighing up to 800 kg, used to fix the gates in their final positions.

Installation: by means of welding or fastening elements to the supporting structure (column, wall with prepared metal elements, etc.).

catcher GRAND A

Purpose: upper catcher for cantilever, sliding and hanging gates weighing up to 800 kg, used to fix the gates in their final positions.

Installation: by means of welding or fastening elements to the supporting structure (column, wall with prepared metal elements, etc.).

Material: carbon steel with galvanic coating.

end reel GRAND

Purpose: reduces the load on the carriages in the closed position of the cantilever gate weighing up to 1400 kg.

Installation: with the help of fasteners to the GRAND Guide. When adjusting the position of the gate leaf, the end roller must completely enter the Catcher, and the gate leaf must rise by 5-100 mm - this is a mandatory condition.

plug metal GRAND

Purpose: to protect against the ingress of water, dirt, snow, leaves, etc. into the GRAND Guide.

Installation: with the help of fasteners to the GRAND Guide.
