Installation: by special welding to the bottom of the cantilever gate frame.
The carriage carrying №2 - provides movement of cantilever gates weighing up to 500 kg in a given direction.
Installation: the base of the carriage is fixed by welding to the embedded element or mounted on the adjustment support with the help of fasteners. The roller system of the carriage is installed inside the small guide.
Limiter No. 2 - for guiding the cantilever door leaf weighing up to 500 kg, eliminating distortions and vibrations during operation.
Installation: welding to the supporting structure (pole, wall with prepared metal elements, etc.).
Catcher No. 2 - holds the load from the end roller in the closed position of cantilever gates weighing up to 500 kg; it is used as an additional support that reduces the forces acting on the supporting carriages.
Installation: welding or fastening elements to the supporting structure (pole, wall with prepared metal elements, etc.)
Support wheel nylon №2 - reduces the load on the carriages supporting cantilever gates weighing up to 500 kg in the closed position.
Installation: with the help of fasteners to the large rail. When adjusting the position of the gate leaf, the end roller should completely enter the catcher, the gate leaf should rise by 5-100 mm - this is a prerequisite.
